AI Adoption Training
Done-with-you, not done-for-you, and definitely not a slide deck. I train your team to use AI properly, on your real work, not toy examples. I focus mainly on Claude Code (my primary tool, the one I bet my consultancy on), and I can also teach AI in general terms at a high level, so your people learn how to get the most out of most models, not just one.
Sessions can be 1:1 or group. It can be a single-day session to get a team moving, or a programme that runs over several weeks working closely with your teams and departments. It is customised to your team’s needs and the depth you want to go into. Some of it is generic good practice; most of it depends on what your people actually do day to day and what you are trying to get out of AI.
This is the middle path between the other two services. With a harness or an automation, I build the thing for you. Here, I get your people genuinely capable themselves, so the skill stays in the building after I leave.
How it works
I run training as a short sequence of phases. Each phase closes before the next opens, and you can pause at any handover.
- Discovery (free). A free 20-minute call. I learn your team’s shape, where AI could help, and what your people are wrestling with today. You get an honest read on whether training is the right move, or whether a harness or an automation would serve you better.
- Programme design (paid). A paid scoping step, because customised means real prep. I learn your goal and what your team actually needs, then design the adoption programme around it, scoped to your workflows, your tools, and the depth you want. This produces the delivery plan and the quote. It is charged, not a freebie, because the design is the work that makes the rest land.
- Hands-on training. The sessions themselves, run on your team’s real work rather than toy examples. Mainly Claude Code, plus the general AI grounding your people need to make good calls about which tool fits what.
- Supervised practice and a playbook. Your team practises on their own work with me alongside, and we build up a prompt and playbook library they keep, so the good patterns are written down and repeatable.
- Handover. I step back and the capability stays with your team: the skills, the playbook, and the materials they own. The point is that you do not need me on standby afterwards.
Who this is for
Teams who want to actually own the capability rather than outsource it. Owner-operators and team leads whose people are smart and busy, sense there is real value in AI, but have not had anyone show them how to use it properly on their own work. If you would rather I just built the thing for you, the harness or automation route fits better, and the discovery call is where we work out which one is right.
Pricing summary
Positioning only, no published number here, billed at the same internal rate as my other work. The fee model is mixed: discovery is free, the programme design is a paid scoping step, and delivery is then billed in the shape the design produces (a single-day session fee, a day-scoped drawdown for a multi-week programme, or a defined programme fee). You get the price off the design, before delivery starts. Full pricing and billing terms across all three services are on the Pricing & Billing page. New here, or weighing up which service fits?
